Andrew Mitchell has over twenty years experience in brand management and promotions. He is a Chartered Marketer with The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a graduate of Manchester University, England and the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Mitchell is a proven and successful entrepreneur. His experience ranges from telecommunications to custom toys. He is an active member of the PMA (Promotion Marketing Association) and a sits on two of its committees. Mr. Mitchell also served as an officer of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta.

Prior to joining Brandmovers, he directed sales, customer support, and marketing activities for a $22 million division of a high-tech OEM supplier to the Energy industry. Mr. Pages is experienced in sales force automation, CRM implementations, and designing fully integrated marketing programs. . He is an active member of the Promotion Marketing Association (PMA), the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AIMA), the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s (NSHMBA), Judge in the 2008 PROMO Magazine Interactive Marketing Awards, and an annual sponsor of the Promotion Marketing Association’s Law Conference.

Hector is also a member of the Board of Directors for A School Bell Rings, a 501 C3 non-profit that builds schools for impoverished children around the globe. Hector is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds an MBA in marketing from Kennesaw State University.

Eric is a professional web applications and lead programmer with over 16 years experience. His computing expertise includes PHP, Java, HTML, XML, Javascript, DHTML, Flash/Actionscript, ASP, Ruby, Perl, C, C++, Objective C, Ada95, MySQL, Openbase, WebObjects, Windows 9x/NT/2000/ XP, Mac OS X, Unix and Linux. He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a degree in Aeronautical Science and Software Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Marion Military Institute and served in the US Armed Forces. Eric has successfully built the rapid deployment programs that allow Brandmovers to quickly and efficiently redeploy digital promotions in a fraction of the build time normally required for build of complex, database-driven programs.

RICK MCNERNEY - Senior Vice President Partnership Marketing

Rick McNerney, as Senior Vice President, Partnership Marketing. Rick brings to over twenty years of sales and marketing experience to Brandmovers, Inc.

With over ten successful years spent in the sports marketing industry, Rick designed and managed hundreds of marketing partnerships and promotional campaigns while working for The Chicago Bears, NFL Properties, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Most notably, while with the Buccaneers, Rick created the marquee Buccaneer Pirate Ship and sold the naming rights agreement to Raymond James Financial Services.

Rick then spent ten years at Time Warner, first with Turner Broadcasting, where he managed the marketing campaigns for the Goodwill Games and then AOL where, he led a promotions team in the top markets and spent time with the AOL Media sales team, where he won awards as a sales executive and project manager.

Rick is married with three children and lives in metro Atlanta. He is a graduate of Yale University and has a MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

JIM SIMONS

Jim is Chief Investment Officer and Partner with Burkholder and Company, Inc. He is responsible for acquisitions and finance for both real estate and operating companies. In addition to his responsibilities with Burkholder and Company, Jim is heavily involved in an advisory or principal capacity with various turnaround and startup opportunities within real estate, healthcare and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Burkholder and Company, Jim was Vice President of Lehman Brothers, with a focus on mid market merchant and investment banking, and asset management business.

He was previously founder and operating partner for RS Holdings, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale and Destin, FL which held or advised a broad spectrum of businesses. Jim has start up, turnaround and expansion experience in both public and private companies and has experience as a principal, operator or advisor in logistics/distribution, investment management and financial products distribution, real estate, private equity, and healthcare.

He is a former Army officer and Bronze Star winner. Jim is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and two sons.

JONATHAN GIULIANO

Jonathan Giuliano is a serial entrepreneur, advisor, and investor. He has started three operating companies in the past twenty years, all of which remain in operation. He has sourced and closed more than $500 million in transaction financing and more than $200 million in corporate financing in the United States and Europe. He has also held senior operating and consulting positions with global companies. His experience includes general management and strategy (as division president), marketing (including CMO), finance (including CFO), and operations with mid-market and New York Stock Exchange corporations.

He has led turnarounds and acquisitions in the United States and Europe. He has advised CEOs and boards of directors of more than 80 manufacturing and technology companies. He worked in public policy at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research and the United States Congress. He received degrees at Colgate University and the University of Virginia, and he is writing a doctoral dissertation at Manchester Business School on innovation.

RON GARMON

Ron Garmon has been a senior executive and business leader in the financial services industry in the U.S. and international markets for over 20 years. He has been a key player in transforming and influencing the strategic direction for large organizations.

Ron currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Geospatial Metrics LLC, Brand Movers Inc. and BrainLike Surveillance Inc.

Prior to founding VueLogic Ron enjoyed a 20 year career with Equifax Inc., most recently serving as Chief Information Officer – International, leading technology across Europe and South America.

Previously, Ron successfully transformed Equifax Secure, the Consumer Identity and Digital Certificate division of Equifax. His leadership created significant growth in revenue, profit and customer base and brought the startup division to cash flow break even within 18 months, and subsequently sold the Digital Certificate business to GeoTrust Inc. He served on the Board of Advisors of GeoTrust Inc. until its sale to Verisign in August 2006.

In an earlier role, Ron led the successful expansion of Equifax’s International Check Warranty and Authorization division. Under his leadership the business increased revenues and profitability, becoming the number one player in the European and Asia Pacific markets.

Ron holds a BBA from North Georgia College, a Juris Doctor from Woodrow Wilson College of Law and is a Certified Public Accountant.
