Brandmovers BENGAGED™ vs One10: How the Two Platforms Compare
BENGAGED vs One10: a managed B2B loyalty platform for dealer and distributor networks, compared with an incentive, recognition and travel company with its own PerformX platform.
Last updated: October 2026
How does BENGAGED compare to One10?
BENGAGED is a B2B loyalty and incentives platform Brandmovers runs as a managed program; One10 is an incentive, recognition, travel and events company that runs channel and sales incentives on its own PerformX platform.
BENGAGED is Brandmovers' B2B loyalty platform. Its rules engine rewards purchases by brand, SKU and sales type, plus training, certifications, deal registration, demos and referrals, across multi-tier hierarchies with shared logins for buying groups and dealer networks. Brandmovers, an independent, founder-controlled loyalty and promotions agency headquartered in Atlanta, delivers it as a managed program.
One10, based in the Minneapolis area, was formed in 2017 through a management buyout of Aimia's US channel and employee loyalty business, and has been backed by the private equity firm Bow River Capital since 2022. It works across three lines: incentives and recognition, travel and events, and marketing services. Its channel offering runs on PerformX, with points programs, SPIFFs, rebates, training rewards, gamification and channel sales claims, expanded in March 2026 with high-volume proof-of-sale submission and same-day payouts. Its published clients include GM, Subaru, Volkswagen, Walmart and Workday.
The two overlap on managed incentive programs, points rewards, SPIFFs, rebates, training rewards and gamification. They differ in center of gravity: at One10, channel incentives sit inside its incentives and recognition line, next to employee recognition, with incentive travel and meetings in a separate travel and events line, while BENGAGED is a dedicated platform for partner loyalty across dealer, distributor and buying-group networks.
The deciding questions are whether you want incentive travel, events and channel incentives from one company, and whether your program depends on proof-of-sale claims or on data from your own CRM and ERP.
How this comparison was made: Brandmovers' loyalty strategy team, which designs and runs BENGAGED channel programs, prepared this page. One10 details come from its own website, terms and announcements, plus trade press, its owner's announcement and public filings, checked in October 2026 and linked under Sources. Brandmovers figures are labeled "disclosed by Brandmovers." Where One10 does not publish a detail, the table says so rather than guessing. Confirm current capabilities with each vendor before you decide.

BENGAGED vs One10: evaluation criteria
Which is best for incentive travel, events and automotive dealer programs?
One10. It runs incentive travel, meetings and conferences alongside dealer incentives, and its published clients include GM, Subaru and Volkswagen.
One10 won a 2026 SITE Crystal Award for an incentive travel program for automotive dealers (per One10) and is on Skift's 2026 M&I 15 list of influential US meetings and incentive travel companies. If your channel program should end in a group trip, or sits alongside dealer meetings, One10 can run both. BENGAGED does not include incentive travel, events or employee recognition. Brandmovers runs customer loyalty on a separate platform, BLOYL™, plus consumer promotions such as sweepstakes, instant wins and receipt validation, so a brand can keep channel, customer and promotions programs with one partner.
Which is best for partner sales claims and payouts?
One10. PerformX processes channel sales claims, and a March 2026 release added high-volume proof-of-sale submission, a claims reviewer workflow, rule-based validations and same-day payouts (per One10).
One10 pays rewards as points, prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards, digital wallets, PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer, and one of its dealer programs validated claims against sales data the client supplied. BENGAGED rewards purchases from data sent by your CRM or ERP through real-time API or secure batch file transfer; partner sales claims processing is not a published BENGAGED feature, and claim validation against channel inventory and chargeback processing are not offered. If partners must prove sales by uploading invoices, One10 publishes that workflow. If your partners expect cash payouts rather than points, ask both vendors how rebates and SPIFFs are paid.
Which is best for an always-on partner loyalty program?
BENGAGED. Brandmovers publishes more channel structure: internal and external hierarchies, shared logins for buying groups and dealer networks, and MDF allocation and tracking.
BENGAGED's rules engine rewards purchases by brand, SKU and sales type and non-transactional activity such as training, certifications, deal registration and demos, and runs concurrent SPIFF programs with independent rules and budgets. Partners redeem points for merchandise, experiences and gift cards in a marketplace configurable by role or region. One10 also runs points, training rewards, deal registration rewards and gamification on PerformX, but does not publish hierarchy management, buying-group logins or an MDF offering. Ask both for a demonstration against your channel map.
How do BENGAGED and One10 compare on pricing?
Neither publishes prices. One10's public PerformX terms (last updated May 2021) describe an annual subscription, a setup fee, a monthly operational support fee and rewards billed as pass-through costs.
Ask both vendors to separate platform, service and reward costs, to state any catalog, fulfillment or payout fees, and to explain how unredeemed points are handled. Ask both how they handle tax reporting, such as Form 1099, for rewards paid to individual partner reps.
How long does implementation take, and what does switching involve?
Brandmovers cites six to twelve weeks for mid-market BENGAGED programs with a CRM connection, core points program and standard catalog (disclosed by Brandmovers). One10 does not publish a standard implementation timeline for PerformX, so ask it for a scoped estimate.
Enterprise BENGAGED builds take 90 to 120 days (disclosed by Brandmovers). Programs that ingest distributor ERP or sell-through data fall outside that standard scope, so ask both vendors for a scoped timeline.
Switching also means migrating partner data, hierarchies and points balances; ask either vendor how it handles outstanding points liability, open claims and historical sales data, what its contract says about termination rights, and how long it keeps your data after the program ends. Aquatrols, a turfgrass technologies manufacturer, relaunched its loyalty program on BENGAGED after its previous vendor shut down. The program's point-earning logic, custom rewards, SSO and system integrations carried over, and it relaunched within a few months. Sales during off-season months have increased as much as 23% at times (disclosed by Brandmovers).
How do BENGAGED and One10 compare on integration?
BENGAGED names prebuilt CRM and ERP connectors and SSO; One10 describes data intake and public APIs without naming systems.
BENGAGED has prebuilt connectors for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor and Infor (disclosed by Brandmovers), using real-time API or secure batch file transfer, with LMS integration and SSO, so purchase data from a connected CRM or ERP can trigger incentives; distributor sell-through feeds are scoped separately. One10 says PerformX ingests learning, portal activity and sales-claims data from systems you already have, offers public APIs and accepts data by secure file transfer. If your incentives depend on a specific CRM or ERP, ask One10 how it connects and whether it supports SSO.
How do BENGAGED and One10 compare on compliance and security?
Brandmovers holds SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS and is GDPR compliant; One10 does not publish security certifications.
Brandmovers' SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS are audited by Hancock Askew & Co., LLP. One10 describes PerformX as "security compliant" and publishes GDPR and California privacy notices, but does not publish a trust or security page, SOC 2 or PCI DSS. PCI DSS matters most if your program handles payment card data; for prepaid reward cards, ask each vendor which party issues and processes the cards. Brandmovers provides its SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS reports on request as part of vendor due diligence; ask One10 for its current security attestations.
In beverage alcohol, the federal tied-house provision (27 U.S.C. 205(b)) restricts suppliers from furnishing money, services or other things of value to retailers to induce them to buy that supplier's products to the exclusion of others, subject to Treasury exceptions, so a channel incentive aimed at alcohol retailers needs a compliance review whichever vendor runs it. Ask both how they structure retailer incentives in alcohol categories. This is general information, not legal advice.
What support does each provide?
Both are full-service. One10 assigns a Customer Success Manager and runs a US-based participant call center; Brandmovers designs and runs BENGAGED programs end to end.
One10 also offers training curriculum, creative, communications and analytics services. Brandmovers' BENGAGED services center on program design, creative, launch and day-to-day program management; its 2024 acquisition of The A Team, a creative and brand strategy agency, added in-house creative production. Brandmovers also runs consumer promotions, including ValidSpend™ receipt validation, as a separate company service. One10 lists an office in Ontario (per One10); if you have partners in Canada, ask both vendors about currency, language and in-country fulfillment.
Who is not the right fit for each?
BENGAGED does not fit programs built on incentive travel, events or proof-of-sale claims; One10 does not publish hierarchy management, buying-group logins, named connectors or security attestations, so confirm them before you decide.
Buyers who want one company for incentive travel, meetings, employee recognition and channel incentives, or whose partners prove sales by uploading invoices, should start with One10. Dealer, distributor and buying-group programs that need shared logins and hierarchies, MDF allocation, named CRM and ERP connectors, or SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS attestations should test One10 against those needs, since it does not publish them. If your team wants to configure and run the program entirely in-house, ask Brandmovers how much of a managed BENGAGED program your own staff can operate.
What results does each cite?
One BENGAGED distributor saw a 25% average sales increase among enrolled customers versus 5% among non-enrolled customers (disclosed by Brandmovers); in a One10 dealer claims program, participating dealers grew sales 25.7% year over year versus 11.9% for non-participants (per One10).
The BENGAGED figure comes from a Canadian regional distributor's program, which also saw a 2x increase in customer acquisition after launch (disclosed by Brandmovers). It compares enrolled with non-enrolled customers rather than a randomized control group, so it is not a controlled test. Brandmovers won Gold (2022) and Silver (2023) in the Loyalty360 360 Degree (Supplier) category, and Brandmovers client Signia (a B2B program built on BLOYL) won Platinum in B2B Customer Loyalty in both years. One10's figure comes from an unnamed electronics client's dealer program and also compares participants with non-participants. One10 introduces it with its top 25 participating dealers, so ask whether 25.7% covers all participants; One10 does not state the year. Ask both vendors for references in your category and at your partner count.
BENGAGED differentiators
Where BENGAGED is most clearly distinct from One10:
- Channel structure: internal and external hierarchies, role-based access and shared logins for buying-group and dealer networks, plus MDF allocation and tracking; One10 does not publish these.
- Named CRM and ERP connectors: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor and Infor via real-time API or secure batch file transfer, with SSO (disclosed by Brandmovers); One10 names no CRM or ERP systems.
- SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS: Brandmovers holds both, audited by Hancock Askew & Co., LLP; One10 does not publish security certifications.
Verdict: Which should you choose?
Choose One10 for channel incentives alongside incentive travel, events and recognition from one company. Choose BENGAGED for a managed partner loyalty program with buying-group logins, named CRM and ERP connectors, and published SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS attestations.
Choose One10 if incentive travel, meetings or employee recognition belong alongside your channel program, if partners must prove sales by uploading invoices, or if you want prepaid card, wallet and same-day payouts.
Choose BENGAGED if buying groups and dealer networks need shared logins and hierarchies, if you need MDF allocation and tracking, if you want prebuilt connectors for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor or Infor (disclosed by Brandmovers), or if your security team requires SOC 2 Type II or PCI DSS attestations. One10 does not publish these; confirm with One10 before ruling it out.
